This document forms an agreement for hair and makeup services between you and Jade Coggin.

You agree to this document once you have paid your deposit for any booking.

The Booking

As of 01.05.2023 a £20 deposit is required to secure your wedding date and trial date, meaning Jade's diary on your chosen date will be closed especially for you. 
The trial is charged at £65 and payment will need to be received before the trial date, after this you can decide if you want to continue with the wedding booking or not. If you do then payment will need to be made in full 1 week prior the wedding day. 
Once the full balance has been received this can not be refunded unless of extreme circumstances. 

 

The Trial

The trial will be completed at an agreed location between you and Jade. The trial will last no longer than 2 hours. Should you need more time Jade will agree another date and an additional £65 will be charged. Detailed notes will be recorded and photographs taken to ensure the look Jade creates can be replicated on your special day, it will be your responsibility to inform Jade of any skin complaints, makeup mishaps and any changes you may require. This applies to anyone in your party also. At the trial you will confirm which shade of lipstick you would like for your big day and if you have chosen the 'Platinum Package' Jade will order the full size lipstick ready for your wedding day for you to keep. Should you change your mind about the shade after ordering you will be charged for a full priced lipstick minimum £26.

Assistant Costs
If your booking requires an assistant this will be charged and added onto your final invoice. Usually parties of 5 and under will not require an assistant, unless you require hair AND makeup. 

 

Travel Costs

20 Miles of travel each way is included in the pricing, after this mileage will be charged according to the Government recommended rate. Again, this will be calculated and charged on your final invoice. Any parking charges will also be added onto your final invoice.

 

Cancellations by the Artist

In the unlikely event that Jade is unable to attend your booking she will endeavour to find a trusted replacement artist to suit your needs. If a replacement artist cannot be found then a full refund will be received.

If you decide not to go ahead with the makeup booking up to 6 weeks before the wedding day then Jade will respectfully ask for a cancellation fee of £50 to cover the absolute minimum loss of earnings from closing the diary for your date.
